I appreciated the comments about facing your fears when adapting to an online learning model. I have never taught online and I am realizing that there are many things to consider. I am concerned about how to transition or transform hands on learning to the online system. Organization is important to the online environment.

I learn that it's ok to show your personality when providing introductory but be minful to omitt anything personal. Online learning should use short concise modules and minimze lectures, deliver relevant and crticial information to support performance based skills.
This module is very important since it deals with the design of the course to be taught online and presents a series of very good recommendations to continue learning. however, there are several administrative details over which, as a teacher, I have no control over them. For example; I teach my courses according to a syllabus, but the institution that hires me is the one who decides which courses and when they are taught.
As a teacher prepares a course he or she has to fallow simple and basic guidelines in order to prepare a user friendly course not to overwhelm the student and promote a good rapport between students and teachers.
When going from F2F to online teaching, teachers need to consider a variety of learning stategies and types of instruction in order to engage students and meet their needs as learners.
Face-to-face lessons cannot be translated exactly into online lessons. I will need to evaluate all types of information sharing technologies and make sure that I am not sidetracked by the latest fad or bells and whistles that don't help me deliver the learning objectives to my students.
Try to eliminate any fear the students may have with doing the work, espically tests / exams. Try to add things to help make it more fun and engaging plus will help promote the work being completed on time.
Online learning is very important process that must be organized. Students must be engaged and provided feedback on their performance. Instructors must us different strategies to keep students attention.
The plan is to make sure that the plan is consistent and all those materials are relevent to the module being taught. Once the students get into the rountine of howto meet the objective and what the expectation is then that will help ensure their success. Basic planning helps students succeed and instructors progress fromorganization to completion.
It is important for students to be able to find information for the course easily. Thus it is important to organize the information in a consistant manner.
