Some of the terms and definitions commonly used during the admission process at my institution are:

Enrollment Agreement- a contract which is signed by both the student and the admissions officer. It contains the conditions under which the school will provide instruction to the student. It also contains tuition, registration fee, cost of kit and books, payment plan, refund policy, as well as other. A copy has to be given to the student at time of registration.

Schedules- notifies a potential and current student with the information on which schedules are offered as well as around when to be expected to finish the program.

Financial Aid- also known as Title IV, provides the student with the opportunity to apply for different types of Federal help including Pell, Direct Loans, for those who qualify.
