Catalog Knowledge

It is important to know and understand most of, if not all the aspects of the school catalog. In there we can find the answers to many of our prospective students questions and concerns regarding school. It explains the different programs, courses, requirements, student information, calendar and tuition to name a few. By knowing our catalog, we know our school and that makes the institution look professional and the staff demonstrates the level of education offered at the campus.

sharon,
The catalog is the guiding place for all things that happen at our school. It lists the policies and procedures students will follow at our institution.

It is important for representatives to know the catalog. I have found that most students are resarching and talking to several schools when trying to determine the right fit. A representative that knows the catalog and can answer the prospective student's questions, adds credibility to the institution. The knowledge of the representative can make or break the deal.

Karina,

The catalog along with the enrollment agreement constitute the contract with the student. It is imperative we know, understand and are able to explain every detail.

I agree with knowing all the information from the catalog, it sets a tone of professionalism and confident, and it makes it easier for us to inform them about our institute, and if its the right one for them.

Blanca,

The catalog is the best reference document. Both the catalog and the enrollment agreement constitute the contract with the student and outline all the policies.
