As a new Admissions Director I myself am very conscious of the role I play in both the life of the prospective student and the success of the institution. I refer to the process as being the centre of Gateway Management. The decisions taken can either make or break my stakeholders thus the need for me to be open, honest, professional and withhold the rules and regulations of both State and Institution. Transparency and integrity is the key. Professionalism and knowledge are paths leading to a successful outcome.
