Resource Notebook
I think the resource notebook is a great idea. My problem is figuring out what is important and not important to be in it. Also, are we at the point now where this should be done electronically or still by paper? Could this be a resource notebook that the office puts together, together?
I think the notebook is very important and team working adds to that point. Getting others involve in the process is encouraging and is always beneficial.

The notebook is a resource that you create yourself. The most important documents are the rules and regulations and your schools catalog.

Magan, I agree the notebook is an great idea and is very necessary. Things around the school are always changing and keeping track is our job. I think having others in the office take part in the notebook process could be a great thing. I could encourage others to share information a person may have overlooked. Everyone organizes differently but having others input is always a plus.
