Taking this class and reading through te statutues, we are also reveiwing them as a team
Attending weekly meetings, also bi-annual conferences in our specialty. We also recieve email updates and publications on the rules and regulations for our institution.
Besides our own research - mainly online, we have weekly admissions and management meetings to discuss the week's activities and any updates/changes to FL Statutes Rules and Regulations that may be on the horizon. We also will hold special meetings or training sessions with our Campus Director, DOA and/or CEO regarding any updates/changes.
I believe one can obtain plenty of information on various Florida Statues Rules and Regulations by using great resouses such as the CIE, FAPSC, accrediting agency, meetings, and school catalog.

They can be very confusing, but with good training and discussion, you will find the reasoning behind the ruling and be able to apply it with understanding.
I am taking the CIE to ensure that I am performing to the specification of the Florida Statues and inturn adhering to my institutions regulations and practices.
this is an ongoing process, statutes and regulations can be so complicated to comprehend, yet this training made it a simple read..thanks again

FAPSC sends out quarterly paperwork and the CIE does as well bothe of these help alot!
