School Catalog

It's important to have access to the school catalog and understand the content to have a more compliant interview and follow all the regulations.

Jason,

The catalogue along with the enrollment agreement constitutes the contract between the student and the school. It is the most vital document with respect to the enrollment agreement.

Patty Aronoff

The catalog is a vital tool for the student to understand the process it will take to obtain the degree or certificate they are achieving to reach.

Erin,

Everyone should have a copy of the catalog. The catalogue along with the enrollment agreement constitute the contract between the student and the school.

Patty Aronoff

Agreed. We have a dinky little brochure to send out, but I have never actually seen the actual catalog offered by the campus itself. I feel it would be helpful to have a copy of them.

Zainab,

Absolutely! The catalog is our guide to the student experience and should always be readily accessible.

Patty Aronoff

Lisa,
The catalog is also part of the contract with the student. The enrollment agreement states this fact.

Patty Aronoff

The school catalog should always be easily accessible to both prospective and current students. It is a way for students to remain updated on course offerrings, school policies, etc.

I agree that the cataloge is such a valuable part of the experience for the student experience. it not only acts a refrence to guide them through thier experience but allows them an addional rescource to be exposed to other programs and requirements for the future.

Sadie,
If we provide students with out of date information, then we have misled the student.

Patty Aronoff

This is something our director stresses to each of us in admissions. Every student must leave with an up to date catalog and an up to date supplement within the catalog when they leave our offices. I also make sure to always have the most recent catalog in my desk at all times becaues we refer back to it often with students that come in and ask various questions from acceptance of credits to our grading systems.

Lindsey,

Everyone in admissions should know the catalog backwards and forwards. Because the catalogue along with the enrollment agreement constitutes the contract between the student and the school, it is very important that we understand every detail.

Patty Aronoff

Lonnie,

It is a great resource. The catalog will provide you in-depth information on the program of interest for the student.

Patty Aronoff

The catalog is extremely important to the student but it is also I great learning tool for myself. Being a new team member and the new admissions coordinator it allows me to learn more a bout each program so I can sit down and discuss each program with individual students.

The catolog is also a usefull tool to use to help verify yourself when discussing programs. This helps to build trust with the students.

Evan,
Having an electronic copy does give you the availability to search huge amounts of information very quickly.

Patty Aronoff

I have been using the electronic copy at our school. It alows me to use the search function when I cannot find an item.

Ronda,
The rules require that if a student requests a paper copy, the campus must provide the student a set. Many schools use an electronic version , but paper versions must be available.

Patty Aronoff

Belkis,
The catalog along with the enrollment agreement constitutes the contract between the student and the school.
