The more learning that we have, the better we are able to perform. In admissions there is so much to learn in the renewal of that knowledge is critical.

I agree with these points. Furthermore, it is helpful if an admissions representative has taken courses or at least sat in on a class at their institution. By doing so, the representative can share their first-hand experience to give the student better insight into the program, meaning the student can make a wiser decision for themselves.

As an admissions representative, you need to know the products that you will be detailing to your perspective student. You also need to know about the college experience.
