I'm sure we've all heard about the increased education regulations coming out of Washington D.C. over the past several years, intended to provide more accountability to all institutions' marketing, recruiting, and admisisons practices. Many education professionals have complained about the increased scrutiny, which is apalling to me. If these enhanced laws further protect the student from disception and misleading practices, then they are a good thing.
