Alumni Association stay in contact with grads. Some of the benefits to grads include newsletters, invites events, job placement,etc.

Alumni grants are a great idea! Not only do you get to hear experiences firsthand from someone who already went through the program, but you also get an incentive to get started in one of the programs yourself. Alumni word of mouth advertising is the most credible form of advertisement that any school can get. Former students do not gain anything personally from promoting a school and on top of that they also put their reputation on the line every time they recommend a program to one of their friends or co-workers.
I absolutely agree! Alumni are key to fostering built in referrals and are the best kind to receive! ACE has created an alumni grant that has had a great response and has definitely helped bring in more referrals.
I agree. Alumni is what initially got me interested in working with the instutuite I am with. They spoke so highly about the school. I am interested to learn everything the school has to offer and what I in turn will bring to the school.

Alumni are the hidden gem. They carry so much weight in credibilty. Another resource for PDLs.
Alumni are a GREAT resource. I recently attended a seminar on Graduate Recruitment and it was defnitely mentioned that alumni is going to be able to provide a first hand experience of the school, which always is more credible when dealing with students.
