It depends on your target market. Most people do not read the print version of a newspaper any more, but they might pick up the employment guides where there is a section for education/training.

Do you find that print adds still are worthwhile? We see more and more people using the internet as their main source for gathering information.
Television is great because like the saying goes pictures tell a story. What are very effective are testimonials too because one is able to relate to a similar life situation.
