I completely with you on this. I have experienced student services as both a student and an admissions rep. As a student I found it to be very helpful to have someone to talk to about my career goals and listen to their advise on any changes to my curriculum they feel may benefit my career in the long run. It was also nice to have an FA rep available to me to answer all of my questions.
As an Admissions Rep I found it to be such a great help to have a strong student services team ready and available to aide in all they various needs of the potential students, enrolled students and graduates.
