LaStephanie,
The Commission protects both the students and the schools through their regulatory oversight.
Patty Aronoff
I believe that you should never promise what you can't deliver. Being ethical is very important and honest.
It is important to always follow the guidelines the commission has set to make sure that we comply with the standards and quality of education stays at it best. Making sure that I as a representative I stay up to par with the guidelines will help me with the students and making sure their experience is the best.
Making sure that as an admissions representative, knowing the rules and regulations from the commission are important to keep the schools credibility intact.
very well said. If there is not integrity, honesty, and live by ethical and moral standards, then you don't have the student's welfare in mind. It is not about enrolling; it is about changing someone's life for the better.
The CIE makes sure I will perform my job duties like I need to. Very helpful.
Shannon,
Rules are there to protect the student but they also protect us. It is a win-win for all involved.

These requirements by the CIE are approved training information provided so the Admissions Representative and or Agent is to help have a clear understanding of the material that will be presented to prospective students. It can only bring a positive affect in the working environment knowing that each member was trained on the correct information to provide fair consumer practice.

Commission for Independent Education monitored your
Institution and make sure that their requirements are respected and implemented and gave you the opportunities to correct them where needed and treat the school with fairness and professionally .
Personally, I find that the CIE makes my job easier by providing me with a clear directive. I know what the "Dos' and "don'ts" are in my job.
Having the regulatory requirements provides a guideline of how to do our jobs. This takes all the gray out of the position and allows individuals to remain ethical.
Toni Ann,
There is much to learn, but you have already started. Keep on the right path and take every opportunity to learn more.
Patty Aronoff
Raena ,
Absolutely! That is the only way to operate...honesty and integrity.
