this didctates what I have to discuss with student in the state of Florida in additon to the univerysity policies and procedures. It helps me to effectively communicate the necessary information so that student are well informed and are able to make the best decision for themselves. It is necessary to know this information and keep up to date with changes so that students are never recieving the wrong informatiion.
The requirements make me check news sections and updates constantly so I can comply to the best and offer the best service to applicants

Long before we were a school and just operated as a test prep most of these rules, regulations and laws from the fair consumer practices act we were already following not because we read up on them just because we have always and will always have the students best interest at heart above our own,let's face it your students are in most cases giving up their hard earned money and taking time away from their families in search of a brighter future. We owe it to them and our self's to give the very best education possible. With that being said. I believe if you always do what you know is morally right you will find following the rules, regulations and laws imposed by CIE not that difficult to follow.
The requirements ensure that the admissions agent do the right thing all the time.

It affects how I perform my job by being more careful about information that I am giving to the students because I want to make sure that I am in compliance with the school and board of education. The requirements allow me to make sure that I follow all rules and don't leave anything else. It almost feels as if it is a checklist for doing your job right.
The requirements set by CIE are the guidelines that all admissions personnel must follow in the enrollment process along with other requirements from the institution.
It regulates how we conduct our business. If we didnt have these requirements there probably wouldbe a lot more unethical practices going on in admissions.
