We all need to be honest and real. They have to have trust.
I absolutely agree with you. I am a representative which is simmilar to an agent and a key to get students in to the school is to be as honest and real as possible. It has always worked for me.
I think student recruitment is a unique combination of sales and guidance. We have to be adept at using sales techniqies in a non harsh way. Using the psychology of sales without the hard bottom lines. We need to help students do what is best for their future, not just getting them into a seat and take their money. They will never be successful if we take that approach.
