Meetings and training for Admissions Representatives

Daily, weekly and monthly meetings are required in order for an institution to work properly. It is the forum for everyone in the school to be up to date as well as have questions or concerns taken care of so that everyone is on the same page.

This is a standard procedure in most admissions departments. A touch base in the morning and the touch base in the afternoon gives us key information on how our team is progressing.

Meetings are an excellent opportunity to share information and provide training as needed. Effective meetings are welcome in most areas of the school just for the communication link.

The best way to keep up to date is having frequent meetings and make sure everyone is on the same page as you.

Not only daily meetings Angel, but I believe that weekly and monthly individual meetings with a representative's Director can be an effective tool for improving not only the Representative, but also the institution as a whole because the stronger a team is, the more successful the students can be in the end.

I completly agree with Rosaura. A good AR is always updating information about the job market of the different professions that the Institution that they work for offers. In order to inspired a career path for prospects students.

Meetings should be conducted daily, weekly and monthly. Being in the know is the best way to over come objectives and any obstacles that might impair enrollments, retention and graduation rates as well as employment placement.
