Admissions Representative
It is very clear of the importance to communicate all policies of the representative school. New students must be aware of polcies and costs involved with continuing education. The representative must communicate all of admission information clearly.
Brandon,
Absolutely. Agents are responsible for making sure the student is a good fit to successfully complete the program.

All agents should hold the student's best interest in hand when having a conversation. Not every prospective student is a good fit.
It is unfortunate that some admissions professionals misguide potential students.
Once this has happened, how can a school regain the confidence of their community?
It is absolutely imperative that students are made aware of information that has such a drastic bearing on their lives. I am new to the educational field and have recently learned of the malpractices that many agents previously employed to increase their statistics at the expense of the students. I agree with your point wholeheartedly and I think it’s vital for agents to acquire as much knowledge about the rules and regulations so that the student is well served, the agent is free of compliance complications and the school’s reputation remains unhurt.
