Organized

File everything and keep everything in a binder! Kind of weird way to do if but, I keep some of my information in a shoe box. So, I can mail it out if need be!

being organized is essential,perhaps your desk is a mess but an organized mess can still be effective

Being organized makes life much more simpler. I try to have separate binders for different categories. Labeled tabs also help me stay more organized and find important papers much faster.

i really like the idea of putting on of my resources in one binder in the order that works for me to refer to for my needs but then also my prospective students needs.

Being organized makes your mind feel organized if that makes sense. If you walk into your home or the office, when you see your house not cluttered and your desk not cluttered, it is a sense of relief. I feel less anxious when things are done this way. It only takes a few minutes a day to file things away in a binder and I agree, you then are giving the correct and legitimate information to our prospects.

Staying organized helps evryone, because if anyone has a question you can open your binder and find the answers and that way you are giving out correct information.

I was a former football coach so I have a three ring binder with each sheet covered in a see through plastic...Almost like game plans!!!
