What does an admissions rep need to tell a prospective student?
Looking in detail into the highlights as to what a prospective students needs to know when making a decision to apply into your school.
I think you should tell the prospective students everything about the school including the program, the time commitment needed, the job prospects, the graduation rates, and the percentage of students who pass the state board exam.
At the very minimum the agent should explain what is required by the state. The agent should, hosever go above and beyond these guidelines.
As an agent/ admissions rep you are required to fully inform applicatants about all requirements and obligations they are agreeing to as a student. You should be infomred about the school's succes.
Admissions reps need to provide honest and outlined information to students. Telling students too much about a topic and promising outcomes is not okay because we cannot gaurantee anything after graduation. etc.
They need to tell the students the requirements for the program. Admissions reps are responsible for guiding them through the process. Having a clear and distinct outline for the students is important.
