If a student request info on school and they have not contacted me what is the cut off to continue contacting them is it 3 months?
There are instances that I am aware of where in some cases prospects are contacted until they specifically request not to be contacted anymore
How often within that 3mos. do you contact that prospective student?
I also agree. It is tried and tested and has worked well so far.
I keep their information too because I have had them change their minds and try to contact me again.
I believe that as long as the method of contact is changed within the three month period then the 3 mth period is acceptable.
We do not contact potential students after 3 months but will keep there information for career fairs and open houses.
My school contacts prospective students several times during the 3 month period. I agree that after that they have lost interest. We do keep them on an active computer list to invite them to
career fairs and seminars.
Our normal business pratice is not to call a student past three months.
I do as well, if they can't be convinced in 3 months, they probably aren't very interested.
I agreee that three months is a good cut off for follow-up with a potential student.
