Prospective Students

Which information we can provide to the Prospective Student from other departments?

Ana, Like you said, it is important to let the student know which department does what and have Admissions give general information about those departments. Thank you for sharing.
Dr. Jean Norris

We can provide general information to prospective students about what other departments do and how tghey will fit in to the entire admissions process and that they will meet with each department whicle on the admissions tour to get one on one informationa and assistance.

Once the prospective student comes into the university for an appointment with the admissions department the rep will include in his tpur tof the facilities a visit to the Academic, Financial Aid, Student Services and Bursar departments where they can getr expert advise from yeach department and what role do they play in the admissions process and the future role in the student's career goals.

So what it looks like you're asking is what information should admissions provide to the student and what should be limited to other departments? Unfortunately I don't have a solid answer for you because each school has it's own policies, procedures, and talking points for their admissions team. What I can speak to is that there are some conversations that should be left to specific departments; for example conversations about financial aid eligibility should stay in the Financial Aid office. What information do you think should or shouldn't be provided in admissions?

My question is what information it must be given in admission on other office, general information without going in details

Teresa,
I'm not sure I understand your question, can you provide more detail?
