I try to keep my phone personality easygoing and with manners. Usually try to smile and avoid the monotone voice, because even over the phone one can transmit the feeling and attitude. I try to ask questions and answer them to the best of my knowledge, and let them know that at our college we try our best to meet and possibly exceed the prospect needs. Let them know that they are more than welcome to come in and get a personal experience of our college, and that were here to help.
