The school must distribute the security report to all enrolled students.
The school can be fined up to 10,000 for each violation related to consumer disclosures.
Schools are not allowed to publish a single catolog for multipul institutions.
My institution discloses the cost of the program, length of program, national average of pay,and the graduation rate.
From my understanding we currently disclose basic consumer information, loan counseling, and campus security. I will be researching to see if we disclose all the information that was shared. Some of the areas are out of my area of expertise but looking forward to learning more about each.

The disclosures published in our campus catalog are very numerous. They are divided into sections such as School Information that lists our Mission Statement and Governing Body along with the Accreditation Agencies with which we are regulated.
Another section appearing in the catalog is titled Financial Information. It lists the Cancellation and Refund Policies, Education Costs and Financial Aid available to qualified applicants.
There is a Student Complaint and Grievance Procedure explained in still another section of the catalog titled Student Information Services.
