Equality for All
Having worked in the past with special needs individuals in a school setting, it is nice to see all the efforts that the government has put in place to help them grow and develop how they see fit, not how society see's fit.
We still have a lot of growth to do ourselves as far as acceptance and equality, but this was a refreshing read.
I too have worked with people with disabilities. The government has made some progress since the 1970's. It is nice to see more people with disabilities in the workforce.
I agree with Christopher's statement. We would miss out on an awful lot of great minds if we continued to limit individuals with disabilities.
