disability discrimination
Are there ANY institutions that do NOT have accommodations in place for disability students? If so, what state and how?
I have not heard of any but I was really surprise to find out that businesses do not have to have ramps. It seems to be odd and incorrect.

There is no agency charged with a "safety inspection" kind of compliance visit. No one checks up on the institution on some regular schedule to see if things are working. But when they AREN'T working, and a student files a complaint, they tend to show up pretty quickly! GRIN

How often are these facilities being inspected to make sure they are up to standard?
How often are the institutions inspected for compliance with these laws?

These are federal laws and they apply to all institutions in the US.
