Vendors and employers. We serve them as we would serve each and every other customer.

i bring them in as a group and look for the most outspoken student, and i have that student become the mouth piece for the rest. Once you engage the loudest student , the others will listen as well.

Yes, area high schools are definitely an important external customer - and sometimes forgotten. Can you tell us a bit more about what you do with your high school events and tours to engage this important audience?

It's sounds like you've got a handle on those customers you serve beyond your institution, Jose. What are some of the things that you do to ensure they have a positive experience with your school?

Area high Schools,- high school events, and campus tours

There are many external customers, but one of the most important group of external customers are the externship sites. For our school, these are the specific clinics, hospitals and doctors offices that provide a real world hands on experience to the current student during extern. It is critical that relationships are strong and the office managers in these settings are appreciated. Outstanding customer service with every interaction with an externship site is very important to the student and ultimately the school. Good communication and visiting often sometimes bearing gifts is a few ways to serve the site.
