Teachers also need to know how to "repeat themselves" in a different way than they did the first time to help students whose personal intake styles may not align well with the original mode of delivery.
A teacher that is willing to repeat themselves and sound the the same way they sounded when they said it the first time. A teacher that is willing to get their hands dirty and help the weaker students/teams.

You have to be a total team player or it dose not work.
Good point, John. Too often departments focus on thir numbers and goals and not on the students' goals. Teamwork and a shared vision can really make a difference.
