I find grading is very essential to learning,
without grades there is no way to evaluate a
student, or know if there is any concerns. With
grades you have better idea how to start to
address the concerns. I found taking the student
aside ask what area of concern if is the topic or
sometimes it is an issue outside school,in that
case the student can be refered to the right
person.
