Since I am new to teaching the course, I am often working on the PPs up until ~ 10-15 minutes before the lecture. I am willing to put my PPs on Blackboard, but currently cannot guarantee that they will be up 1 hr before class so that they can be printed out BEFORE class. For me, I was surprised that the students were so aggressive that I MUST give them print outs (knowing that the PP would be available). Then if I did print them out, that they were so passive (arms crossed) about note taking. Since I do not want to reward either behavior, I am not enthusiastic about giving them the print outs. I aggree that only they can learn the material. Thank you for your response. -Karen
