Having had some students with disabilities, I often tutored that student separately and daily to make sure they are on track. I often used bold lettering and underlining when needed to let them know what is important. The tutoring helped a lot. They also took tests in a different area that was quiet and no other students in the room to reduce distractions. Also, another instructor would read the test to them out loud and they would put their answer down. That help tremendously.
