What I found interesting is the concept of conflict as a positive. I believe this is true - in both a consistent and capricious way. Conflict is, indeed, the crucible from which we grow - if it's handled correctly. Othwrw2, it is the seed if chaos, which has no place in learning. Order is the soul of education.
