Hello, I have worked in the higher education field for seven years at a non-profit institution. I recently transfered to a for-profit institution and realized there are some big differences. As an experienced admission representative coming from a non-profit school I am wondering if anyone can give me tips or pointers for this new environment? Has anyone else gone through this change? I have noticed there are many more rules to follow such as not discussing financial aid, accepting payments, or discerning transfer credit. Any personal experiences or tips would be very useful!
