Enacting a law that limits and promotes opportunity for all individuals is not a program that should be frowned upon but should rather be embraced. I understand that it can be frustrating for instructors to "feel imposed on" by making accommodations but it should be rather looked upon as a great opportunity. We are allowing more individuals to achieve their goals and become fulfilled in their lives. This ought to be why one gets into teaching: to promote growth and impart skills to all individuals seeking to grow and learn.
