Julie, In order to maintain a compliant environment creating transparency through disclosures is necessary. Sometimes students can be overwhelmed by the shear magnitude and volume of the paperwork necessary to to enroll, this makes this more important to have an admissions advisor who can walk the student through the paperwork.
