Spencer, Good leadership is about developing trust to those you teach. The effective teacher will learn to develop their leadership skills. Respect and admiration go together. A teacher must learn to get respect and admiration from students. If a teacher gets respect and admiration, people will have more willingness to follow the teachers rules, counsel, and advice. Daniel, The first thing to remember is that you aren't expected to know everything about every topic at all times. Given how busy we are these days, it's nearly impossible to always have an answer on the tip of your tongue. If the question is related to something you're working on or should be familiar with, you likely do know something -- and that something is worth contributing.
