James, Many of our associates do not understand that we report much of the school performance to federal and state agencies who run their own reports and check data against our disclosures. Gainful Employment Reporting, IPEDS, SSCR and several state annual data reports are designed to do just that. If a school manipulates data in todays multiple reporting environment they are going to end up with serious problem. James Faulkner

Victor,I agree. The problem with student testimonial is the government's measurement rules. They deal with the student's perception of any obligation or coercion the school may not detect at the time of the testimonial. James Faulkner
