Lindsey, Great answer, you are right, it's not the current student's job to promote the school. They can't speak to the school's full potential because they haven't completed it yet. Kathie Dherit
Angela, We want the student to enroll in the school because that is what they want to do. They shouldn't enroll because of the gift card, or t-shirt, or whatever else that we would give them in order to enroll. We want to ensure that we are enrolling quality students who want to better their lives by going to school. Kathie Dherit

Julia, True a "wishy-washy" salesman is one that you probably wouldn't put your trust in. They are ones that go back and forth not sure what to say, tell you one thing, but later say something else. That is definitely someone that you can trust! Giving concise information all the time, you can and will gain that trust from a prospective student. Kathie Dherit
Mallory, Trust is huge. We want to ensure everything we say to a prospective student is correct. We want them to be able to trust what we say and do. Kathie Dherit
Debra, The whole truth and nothing but the truth. All of the information we relay to the student need to be accurate and percise. Kathie Dherit
Jennifer, We try to ensure that all information that is needed is given to Admissions to make sure that they are giving correct information. We want to make sure everyone has the information to even make their jobs easier, so they don't have to go to multiple locations to collect that inforamtion to give to the student. Kathie Dherit

Beverly, You just can't give a good opinion on something if you haven't completed it. That's why surveys on products and services are always at the end, you've gone through it so you can give a better report. Kathie Dherit

jessica, Correct. For instance if someone told a prospective student that they would get a license or certification at the end of their program. By telling they "will" get something says they are "guaranteed" to receive it. By stating you can sit for the license or certification exam and if you pass you will receive it. Just by adding a few more words tells a totally different story. If a student doesn't pass they can come back and state you told me I was going to receive the certification, which can have impact on their career. Kathie Dherit

Jeri-Lyn, Justification of any details, whether it is the lab, or curriculum, it needs to be backed up with documentation. Knowing that something is the "best" or "greatest" can't be documented, because it is completely biased and is someone's opinion. Kathie Dherit

Scott, There could be a lot of favoritism that may occur. If you give the school a good testimonial, we will do (blank) for you. Not only grades, but preferential treatment of some kind. Kathie Dherit
