Tanya, Correct, a substantial misrepresentation would be any information given to a prospective student that could reasonably be expected to rely, or has easily relied, to that person's detriment. This is information that is inaccurate and mis-characterized. Kathie Dherit
Toby, Letting someone know the harsh reality of what they will actually be doing doesn't seem appealing initially. However, letting them know what to expect so they can feel comfortable with their decision. Giving them all of that information up front will help in the long run. Kathie Dherit
