Michelle, I agree, I don't think we need a "gimmick" in order to sell the school. What we offer should be able to sell itself. Kathie Dherit
Erin, Great answer. And of course we know in this day and age in the private for profit, career school arena, reputation is extremely important. Having that trust and transparency will hopefully build that reputation. Kathie Dherit

Nathan, And they may not be a committed student. They may rush into something that they are not totally sure that is what they want to do. Kathie Dherit

Tracey, Also, I think misrepresentations can occur when someone hears someone else say something, which might not be true, or even the complete information. They then repeat it and of course it just goes on from there. I agree having someone go above and beyond and take that extra time to look up information and get the full story on something before repeating it. Kathie Dherit

Jessica, Correct, anything that is stated in advertising related to disclosure needs to be documented. The advertising under the job opportunities is definitely misleading because we are not giving you a job. Kathie Dherit

Hannah, I think you hit the key word there, vulnerable. Just losing your job makes you vulnerable and recruiting at unemployment centers might make people jump into a situation where they are not 100% positive of what they want to do. Kathie Dherit
Erin, Correct, only factual information that can be documented should be what is told or given to a student or prospective student. Your opinion can be stated if you let them know it is only your opinion. Kathie Dherit

Ann, Trust is the key. We want our students to trust in us, so that they can obtain that rewarding career. Being truthful and honest will help build that trust. Kathie Dherit

Sara, True, and we don't want to pressure anyone to say something they don't agree with. Kathie Dherit
Melissa, True, we we do our jobs correctly and give correct information, we will be in compliance. It's that simple. Kathie Dherit
