Joe, True. That trust you had with the prospective student has now wavered. If you give them false or misleading information, they won't be able to trust anything else you may tell them. Kathie Dherit

Susan, Right, we can't guarantee student's employment after they graduate. It's up to them to get the job. We can give them all of the necessary skills (mock interviews, resume help, etc) in order for them to be successful. Kathie Dherit

Robert, Right, not knowing an answer to a question is okay. As long as you are truthful and let the person know you don't know, but you will find out, or direct that student to the person that can answer the question for them. Kathie Dherit

Sherri, True, they should base their decision on what we have to offer as a school and not what we are giving away as a "freebie". If we don't offer what they are looking for, or they don't feel comfortable in the school, we shouldn't persuade them with incentives. Kathie Dherit
Lauren, Right by being transparent, we are sending a message to the community and those enrolling, or enrolled in our school that we have nothing to hide. We want to show that we do care about the student and their future. Kathie Dherit
