That's really frustrating Charlene. Note that you do not have to repeat everything you said before late students arrive. Late students should be responsible for getting the material they missed. Missing important class information is a penalty for being late to class.
Sounds like you have a wonderful range of coping mechanisms Linda. Thanks for sharing. It's nice to have this kind of range so when one doesn't work or is too expensive, we move on to another.

Indeed it will Linda. Exercise helps both our mind and our body. Don't be afraid to jump in but start slow. You can ease your way into a great routine in no time.
Excellent to hear Keegan. Yes, it's important to get things down right and the first time around. Saves us from doing rework later.
Sounds like a great plan Rickey. True false and multiple choice questions significanlty speed grading. If we balance them with a few essay style questions, we can effectively tap what students have learned while gaining back more time to spend with them.
It's hard to change if you have a habit of procrastination Roger. Sometimes we have to start slow and focus on just addressing the important tasks quickly. Then we can focus on the rest later.
Sounds like you have found several coping mechanisms that all work well Michael. That's great to hear! It's nice to have a range to turn to. This way, if one thing isn't working on a particular day, you can turn to another.
Yes, that's a great place to start Brent. You might even try working out with her as a first step back into exercise. It's great to have a partner to motivate you to keep moving!
