I need to mix up the delivery and always allow for a short time in the begining of class to feel the room vibes so to speak
Be unique in how you coordinate your class lecture
you want your class to be ingaged and be able to retain
the information you are giving.
include various teaching styles and methods to help deveope learning skills
be sensitive to reach as many students as possible, using various learning processes.
Be sure to use as many ways that students learn as possible. Keep your lectures to 10 - 15 minutes before asking students questions, giving a scenario for them to solve, or using video or another method that will keep them engaged.

informal start to lectures allows you to get a feel for the group that day
Make sure each learning style is demonstrated.
