Power naps are great Barrie. The only challenge that instructors face is many of them have a hard time actually falling asleep in the middle of the day. Limiting caffeine intake and finding a quiet place can help.
Yoga is great Kamarah. Thanks so much for sharing. And you're right, it helps you accomplish so many things all at the same time.
Walking is actually great exercise Cherri. A lot of instructors think they have to do something really extreme to stay in shape, but the best exercise is really just the one you'll do consistently.
Yes Jeanne! Both staying hydrated and task delegation are excellent ways of coping with stress.
I will try to delegate more responsibilities to others. I will also try to drink more water and get more exercise , which should both be beneficial.
I need to excercise more to help reduce some of my stress and also communicate more with family and friends to help vent it away.
I am going to begin an exercise program for myself. I am a diabetic so stress affects me physically. I have needed to start exercising anyway and I have noticed even when I just walk around a little it helps reduce my stress. Any thoughts?
I try to work out at least 3 times per week in order to give myself a natural and healthy coping mechanism.

Less stress - fewer lines and wrinkles equals even more reduction in stress. This method of stress reduction works for me and saves me a lot of time to do other things I enjoy!

For me, being more open to a healthier lifestyle, which includes different forms of excercise, will be key. It's like a win/win situation. If I can begin an excercise program, I'll be reducing stress at the same time.
