Here at our location we use terms such as accrediting agency, Marketing and enrollment agreement and the definition are pretty much inline with what has been listed via this module.
On the other hand we use additional terms such as:
Lead - A prospect or means to obtain new or prospective student via personal or media driven processes.

I have found that having hard copies in our resource notebook of all pertinent admissions forms has come in handy. As great as technology is, it's always good to have a paper backup.

We are a new school in the process of applying for licensure. My resource book is a work in progress. I have read many of the questions and responses and found it extremely helpful. In my previous experience in home care, I developed what I called an administrative book. I kept everything I may need for a quick reference in that binder with page dividers for easy access. I will do the same for my Resource Notebook. I recognize the importance of up-dating to keep current as well as maintaining compliance.
I am actually in the process of compiling documents for my resource notebook and getting all the necessary paperwork for it. What I am looking to do as many have expressed, is looking to make it digital so that I can have access to it through the internet and not be limited by a terminal. It will be a challenge because of the documentation but it will simplify the ease in which you can search the content.

Information release is is important for the student experience. Unless the student provides a release for specific people, the information is protected under FERPA.
