I am using a checklist as well as making petinent notes that will help me to understand the materials.
Everyone's systems seem great!We pretty much have been following some of the same ideas i have read here. We have the divided folders (they are costly but are worth it, to keep us organized),we use the checklist as a cover page and we also make sure that the color of the folder is also different.

On each of our enrollment agreements we use an "Enrollment Checklist Form" to help use to make sure that all the proper documents are signed and included in the enrollment agreement file and placed in the proper order.

I have created a binder like what was suggested in Module One. I have printed out each lesson and colored coded the section to ensure that I understande the compliance training. This is a great method to stay organized and in charge of your respective career.
