I have a binder that was given to me that I am utilizing for seperate parts of the training.I am also using a seperate folder for addmsission disclosures that were given to me from each Representative that I have shadowed with.

Since I have to take several different modules I am creating different binders.

Ive created a notebook and place all copies of all the printed items from this course in it. I also labeled each section to make it easier to locate pages and topics. I have also included my company training and policies

I keep all my training documents in a binder and keep in sections by title, including samples of admissions paperwork.

Staying very organized, especially when it comes to Outlook and setting appointments and reminders.

I LIKE THE IDEA OF THE CHECKLIST AND CHECKING THEM OFF AS YOU MAKE COPIES OF THE ORIGINALS. i WILL IMPLEMENT THIS AS I GO FORWARD WITH THE ADMISSIONS PROCESS

I am using a binder too. I am actually in the middle of organizing mine. So I am taking my time in color coding and tabbing everything. I know that being organized will pay off on the long run.

A binder notebook was created to include important documents from this training, as well as sample documents from the Dolphin Research Center and the College of Marine Mammal Professionals.

I find that being organized helps you provide accurate information in a timely manner.

I have a folder that I save documents from as well as a calendar to keep track of my progress. I find that if I keep everything organized, I can keep better track of things.

I've been creating a notebook with tabs for quick reference. I find it very useful and easy to use when in doubt.

I have created a binder for this course along with the printouts of the regulations for each section. Included in the binder are the catalog and employee handbook.

Whatever is your preference! It is really up to you and what works best for you.

Alexis,

Electronic resources are a great way to keep massive data and has the ability for quick searches. Try searching a document for a particular term within statute, rule or catalog to see where it appears.
