I am currently using a three ring binder, which I like, I combine both hard copies with electronic, is it acceptable to ween off the hard copies and go 100% electronic (Go Green?)
In order to "Go Green," I have an electronic folder in my Outlook where I keep all of the documents and training that I receive. Whenever I have downtime between students, I review my training documents to stay update to date.
I have started a notebook for all my course trainings.
i have added all the rules to my binder and i have a brake down or check list in my binder to cover all the points of the enrollment agreement and reminders.
I have a binder that I created that includes this training, original copies of Admission documents and Marketing materials, as well as an updated copy of the catalog and organizational chart for the campus.
I have a binder that I keep all the paper work in. I have all the addmissions document samples, as well as all the materials I recieved during training.
Hi,
I think that your binder is a continuously evolving resource for you and your prospective students.
I have a binder with tabs that includes all sample materials from my institution and all documents I printed from this training.
Accessing the CIE website and printing the rules to keep in my binder has been very helpful. Checking for updates to make sure we are current and keeping it all in one place has been a life- saver.
