I have organized 1 complete set of binder that contains all of the following documents and guidelines that have been provided. But for each category I will make a separate folder for each filing cabinet I have organized in my personal drawers. These drawers are labeled for different functions of the institution and these folders will be put accordingly to its subject.

I LOVE THIS IDEA!!! I have been in industries that where highly regulated. We actually held monthly commission meetings to make sure everyone was on the same page. Is this an idea that is used at ITT Tech?

Organizing the paperwork helps reduce potential confusion early on in the training process and helps clarify the required enrollment process on my institution.

I have chosen to organize all of the paperwork needed for compliance and daily effectiveness with a 3-ring binder. It keeps everything at my fingertips and I can use divider tabs to organize documents by subjects and topics. It is a great aid for quick reference and refreshing knowledge every so often.

Every Document that has been given to me is being placed in a separate binder, where I will include the certificate from this training as well.
