LUZ,
Excellent! An electronic copy allows you the searching ability to find the information you need quickly.

I print all documents related with admissions training to create a notebook for future review and reference, as well of save as electronic file to carrier out in a USB.
I have an electronic notebook, which I up-date as is need, and it is ready to be show as is request by any prospect student.
Michelle ,
Continue to add additional resources to your resource notebook to assist you in your responsibilities.

Dana,
The Binder gives us the flexibility in its creation and its maintenance. Continue to add more resources to increase its value.
Patty Aronoff
Danielle,
You have the best of both worlds. Having material electronic has its own advantage in portability and accessibility.

Creating a binder with all the necessary papers which is divided by section and marked with headers at the top of the page. Also printing off important papers that are recommend.
I am creating a notebook with various tabs that will direct me to information faster. Tabs are rules and regulations, enrollment agreement, marketing, fees and tuition Etc.
When it comes to organizing all the paperwork and information related to completing the admissions training I am doing two main things. First, I am printing out all documentation and organizing it in a binder with specific tabs for each section. This way it is easy to locate all the information needed at any time through out my training process. Also, I created a folder on my computer where I am saving the documentation (if I can). This is also an easy way to locate the paperwork and information.
Bishada,
Very true! Sometimes memory serves us well and other times it needs the reassurance of review.
Patty Aronoff
I definitely create a binder in conjunction with my checklist of items because it makes me feel more organized. If you go just off of memory there are things you can miss and then you feel embarrassed but more importantly you do not want any errors at this stage of the process
Malenie,
Awesome! However we establish the system to keep our resources, the most important aspect is that it is current and available.

rosa,
For us in admissions, training should be a ongoing part of our work lives. We work in a very dynamic environment and in order to be effective, we need to be constantly on the road for improvement .
Patty Aronoff
Rickey,
Continue to review the items in your file to make sure they are current. Also think about adding materials to increase your reference base.
Patty Aronoff
Nicholas,
A binder is a great way to keep your materials organized and does lend itself for quick sharing.
Patty Aronoff
Yesenia ,
We must be continually improving, refining and defining our knowledge. The environment is too dynamic to sit back.
Patty Aronoff
LaStephanie,
This is great news! Keep on adding additional resources to assist you. The notebook is a living resource for you.
Patty Aronoff
Janel,
You are so right! That is why we must continually be working on improving our knowledge in admissions. There is so much to learn.
Patty Aronoff
All the documentation that is given is placed in a training folder and it is organized from the most current information. This allows employees to learn all aspects and stay current.
A training folder is provided to keep all training materials organized. This includes, admissions, financial aid, business office, ect. This keeps training constant and works in the most effective way.
