Through our weekly Director's Staff meetings we are provided with details on any changes in admission policies, new program requirements or changes in regulation that will have an impact on our policies and procedures. We share this information with our staff in order to keep them up to date.

We do hold Admissions Meeting weekly, we discuss candidates, monitor enrollment numbers, and our lead generation ideas/strategy.
We also attend national level conferences to learn about new practices, what peert institutions are doing, and networking opportunities.
The Commission Meetings Agenda is available online in live streaming, its great to log in to catch up on various important topics relevant to the industry.
Staff Orientation at my institution and Admissions Personnel Meetings are most helpful for learning about the policies of my specific institution.
ABSOLUTELY THE ADMISION REPRESENTATIVES SHOULD GO TO THE MEETING TO UPDATE ALL THE INFORMATION AND PASS OVER THE REST OF THE TEAM
In addition to commission meetings, we hold weekly conference calls with all of our admissions staff. Topics of discussion include:
1. Unique challenges with students from previous week
2. Reminders of changes within our institutional catalog, enrollment agreements, etc.
3. Throughly covering any addendum's or changes handed down by our regulatory commissions.
4. Guest presenters on how to handle the enrollment, admissions process more efficiently and make the experience for the student a pleasurable one.
We also assign one admissions rep each week to speak to all about a problem they faced the previous week.
Justin Klemm
We have weekly meetings and any updated information is provided.
Weekly Admissions meetings are vital to the success of a team. Attending other department meetings helps broaden your knowledge of your insitution. Also having quarterly staff meetings helps to bring everyone together and unite as one team. Things were very fractured where I work until a new Campus Director took over and declared we are one!
I attend meetings with the admissions personnel and the dean of the program, including conference calls. It brings the opportunity to learn, ask questions, and clarify any doubt. In this way each staff member is in the same page.
Weekly Regional and Divisional Calls...Twice Weekly Campus Management Meetings...Compliance and Policy Update Calls everytime an update occurs with our compliance and policy department...We also have monthly visits from our VP of Operations where we will discuss any regulatory updates and requirements.
Rebecca,
Knowledge is power! The sharing of knowledge ensures growth.
Patty Aronoff
Carolyn,
When you are unable to attend a Commission meeting, you can watch via webcast through their website and the Internet.
Patty Aronoff
JACLYN,
Good communication is a must if we are going to be all on the same page.
